In 2009 Jason Furlani renovated the existing Magnetic Field bar into a neighborhood tavern offering local and regional craft beers along with wines and spirits. The renovation of the interior was limited to paint and plater reapirs and refinishing the existing bar. The interior was rethemed into a more sedate and mature feel. The store front renovation involved opening up the entire space with expansive windows allowing light into the tavern. The facade is aluminum store front with wood trim accents. A new sheet metal valance was placed over the windows to provide signage that did not project past the face of the buidling. This commercial establlishment is loctaed in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District.
